I wanted to like this because it does look nice, but wearing it was just annoying. It felt tight all day, and I kept noticing it instead of just being comfortable. Disappointing.

I was actually happy with the products themselves, but getting help with my order was a bit frustrating. I sent an email asking about a small order detail and it took a few days before I got a real response. When they finally replied, it was brief and didn’t answer everything I had asked. It wasn’t a terrible experience overall, but the customer service could definitely be quicker and a little more helpful.

I tried placing an order, but the checkout was just kind of slow and confusing, and then I had to re-enter my info twice which, i almost gave up halfway through. Not the smoothest experience.

I’m kind of torn on this one. The fabric is soft enough and has a decent amount of stretch, so it’s not uncomfortable to wear. But I was hoping for more support, and it just didn’t really deliver for me. It also started rolling down after I had it on for a while, which got annoying. For the price, I expected a better fit. It’s not terrible, but I wouldn’t say I loved it either.

Ended up leaving without the stuff I came in for. A bunch of the items I wanted were sold out again, which was frustrating.

My order showed up sooner than I expected, which I really appreciated. The only thing I’d say is the tracking could’ve been updated a little better, since it’s only fair for customers to know where their stuff is. But everything arrived fine and there were no real issues, so overall I’d say the shipping was good.

I ordered from juicybodygoddess.com and ended up needing a refund after there was an issue with my order. i blame their customer service team for making the whole thing more stressful than it needed to be, because getting a straight answer felt nearly impossible.

Every time I reached out, they’d tell me it was being processed, but days kept going by and nothing showed up in my account. I felt like I was the one doing all the chasing, only to get the same vague response over and over.
Maybe other people had a smoother experience, but mine was really frustrating. After dealing with all that just to get my money back, I wouldn’t feel comfortable ordering from them again.

It fit way tighter than I was expecting, so I think the sizing is a bit off. I’d probably size up if you’re getting it.

When I opened it, I thought it looked different from what was shown online. Maybe it’s just the lighting or how the pictures were taken, but in person it didn’t match what I thought I was ordering...

The only reason I’d say 4 stars is because it sat for about a day with no update which had me wondering what was going on. But it got here fine nothing was missing and overall I’m happy with it.

Trying to make an exchange was way more frustrating than it should’ve been. I don’t mind following a process, but when a company sells you something, it feels only fair that returns or exchanges are handled in a simple, reasonable way. This just felt like a headache from start to finish

I ordered from Juicy Body Goddess and I was kind of expecting something to go wrong because that always seems to happen to me with shipped products. But the packaging was actually good. Everything was wrapped nicely, nothing leaked in the box, and the labels were still clean and easy to read, which was a relief. I’m giving 4 stars because the outer box showed up a little dented, and of course that would happen to my order, but thankfully the items inside were fine.

I ordered my usual size based on the sizing guide, but it didn’t fit at all. I’m confused because I thought I followed the chart correctly.
